Shipping rate

Platinum Bio Labs charges a flat $12 USD shipping rate for eligible domestic orders. Additional destination restrictions, taxes, or charges that apply are shown at checkout before payment.

Order review and fulfillment

Orders are subject to availability, destination eligibility, and compliance review. We may decline or cancel an order where we reasonably believe it is not eligible for fulfillment.

Address accuracy

Check your shipping address before you place an order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address submitted with an order.

Transit and delivery

Delivery dates shown by the carrier are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier operations, weather, customs, destination restrictions, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

International orders

International purchasers are responsible for confirming that import, possession, and research use are lawful at their destination. Duties, taxes, clearance requirements, and destination charges are the purchaser’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Delivery concerns

If an order arrives damaged, materially differs from the order confirmation, or appears to have a delivery issue, use our contact page promptly with the order number and relevant documentation.
