1. Research use restriction

All products supplied by Platinum Bio Labs are sold strictly as laboratory research materials for in-vitro investigational use by qualified professionals. Products are not for human or animal consumption and must not be ingested, injected, applied, inhaled, or otherwise introduced into humans or animals. Products are not medicines, drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements.

Products are not offered for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or condition, and no statement made by Platinum Bio Labs — on this site, in any listing, or through customer support — may be construed as a medical, veterinary, therapeutic, or dosing recommendation.

2. Qualified purchaser

By placing an order, the buyer represents and warrants that they are at least 21 years of age, that they are a qualified professional competent to handle research materials safely and lawfully, and that the products are being acquired for legitimate laboratory research within the research field designated at checkout. Orders designated to non-research settings — including med spas, gyms, wellness clinics, and weight-loss clinics — are not accepted and will be cancelled.

The buyer is solely responsible for confirming that the possession, handling, and intended use of the products is lawful in their jurisdiction, and for complying with all applicable laws and institutional requirements governing storage, handling, and disposal.

3. Indemnification and limitation of liability

The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Platinum Bio Labs, its officers, employees, suppliers, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the buyer's purchase, handling, storage, resale, transfer, or use of the products — including, without limitation, any use in or on humans or animals, any use in violation of these terms, and any claim brought by a third party.

Products are supplied "as is" for research purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Platinum Bio Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and its aggregate liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

4. Accounts and acknowledgements

A registered account with a verified email address is required to place an order; guest checkout is not available. Before checkout, every customer must designate a research field and affirmatively acknowledge the research-use restriction, these Merchant Terms, and the site Terms and Conditions. These acknowledgements are recorded against the order.

5. Shipping and delivery addresses

Shipments to PO Box addresses are prohibited. A physical street address is required for every order. Orders submitted with a PO Box, mail-drop, or freight-forwarder delivery address will be cancelled and refunded in full. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer on delivery to the carrier.

Platinum Bio Labs reserves the right to refuse, hold, or cancel any order, and to request documentation of the buyer's research capacity prior to fulfilment.

6. Refunds, returns, and cancellations

• Damaged or incorrect shipments. Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect item within 7 calendar days of delivery, with photographs of the outer packaging and the vial or container labels. Verified claims are replaced or refunded in full, including shipping.
• Unopened, unused items. Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery for unopened items in their original, intact packaging with cold-chain seals unbroken. Contact support for a return authorisation before shipping anything back; unauthorised returns cannot be accepted. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return results from our error.
• Opened or temperature-compromised items. For the integrity of the material, opened vials and items that have left documented cold-chain conditions cannot be returned or resold and are not refundable.
• Cancellations. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they are marked as fulfilled. Once a tracking number is issued the order can no longer be cancelled.
• Refund processing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Bank posting times vary by issuer.

7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us before filing a payment dispute — nearly every issue is resolved faster directly. We respond to all support enquiries within one business day and will work through any delivery, condition, or billing problem with you.

Where a chargeback is filed, Platinum Bio Labs will respond with the order record, including the acknowledgements accepted at checkout, the research field designated, fulfilment and tracking records, and delivery confirmation. Accounts associated with a chargeback filed without a prior support request may be restricted from placing future orders. Chargebacks found to be invalid remain the buyer's responsibility, together with any related fees.

8. General

Platinum Bio Labs may update these terms at any time; the version in effect at the time an order is placed governs that order.
