All sales final after fulfillment

Because Platinum Bio Labs products are sold solely for lawful laboratory research and product integrity must be protected, orders are final once fulfilled. We do not accept returns of opened, altered, used, or otherwise handled materials.

Incorrect, damaged, or incomplete orders

If you receive an incorrect item, a materially incomplete order, or an item that appears damaged in transit, use our contact page within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear supporting photographs where applicable.

Review process

We review eligible claims case by case. If a return is approved, do not send any product back until you receive written return instructions and a return authorization. Any approved refund or replacement is determined after review and, where applicable, after receipt and inspection of the authorized return.

Non-returnable situations

Returns or refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases, orders sent to an address submitted incorrectly at checkout, items that have been opened or handled, or items that cannot be verified as received in their original condition.
